North beach is an area about 5 miles north of south beach in miami beach.
* North beach is more quiet. There are a few bars and resturants but north beach doesn't have the kind of night life like south beach does. Its more laid back.
* It is difficult to find parking in south beach at peak times, and it can be expensive. North beach has more parking options including free parking and meter parking.
